What's the fastest way to remove a 42-inch water pipe?

KDOT got some help from explosives in order to remove a 42-inch water pipe quickly.  The pipe removal is part of the Johnson County Gateway Project and was removed near the K-10/Renner interchange. Check out the video below to see the blast.
