As temperatures start to rise, many teens will begin to hit the road. And while spring is time for celebrating many joyous activities like prom or graduation, it's also a time when traffic-related injuries and deaths tend to rise among adolescent drivers. With the start of spring just days away, we thought it would be a good time to remind everyone what the rules are for teen drivers.
