Drones are expected to be one of the top-selling holiday gifts this season. In anticipation of that, the Federal Aviation Administration announced Monday its recommendations to require all drones to be registered online. The process is expected to be free. Those found without registered drones will be subject to a fine up to $25,000. It's important to note that these are just recommendations at this point.
