You may have missed this story from
Wired Magazine on Dutch artist
Gerco de Reijuter and the work he recently did of Kansas. The photographer created works of art that feature Kansas roads and landscape in his series,
"Grid Corrections."
The work, which also includes photographs from Minnesota and Canada, has also been featured in
Travel and Leisure story in the past year. De Ruijter set out to find why Kansas' road grid system isn't exactly the grid that it appears to be from the ground, and can only usually be viewed from the air.
